Interviewing an illustrative sample of heritage contractors, we ascertained their willingness to use Skillnet, the barriers to training and the solutions to improving the levels of continuous learning.

Medieval Festivals
We have assisted numerous medieval festivals from their inception to later progression into becoming successful events which excite people about the past and bring significant economic benefits to the town. Assistance can come through giving strategic and organisational advice, training, marketing advice and funding strategies.

Regenerating Kells
We assisted the people of Kells, Co. Meath in their efforts to regenerate their town by running a regeneration seminar, writing the subsequent regeneration report and assisting in obtaining much of the funds necessary to carry out its actions.

Muscraí Gaeltacht Heritage Plan
Over a nine month period a interdisciplinary team led by R&D developed a strategy document to conserve and promote the heritage and culture of the Muscraí Gaeltacht.
